Signing payload from specific address and towards a specific network

Hello,
I'm wondering whether it's possible, via the XUMM API, to indicate:

  1. a specific address that must sign the transaction
  2. a specific network towards which the signed payload will be sent (e.g. xls20-sandbox...)
