I have a Signed Transaction Blob (HEX) after setting options.submit: false

How can I submit this blob to XRP now?
I've been looking at the xumm APIs/SDK but the options I'm looking just send the signed transaction again for signing.

Or will I need to use the XRP libraries for this?
