while testing can I connect xrpl-txdata to the testnet

I tried

const Verify = new TxData(['wss://testnet.xrpl-labs.com'])

and got

MAX_LOOKUP_TIME_REACHED: Max. lookup time (for all endpoints) reached without receiving a valid response
