XUMM Help.

I printed out and vaulted my XUMM secret seed numbers when i created my wallet back in 2021. This week i dug out my secret seed number, and The printout has 8 Columns of 7 digits (not six, but seven), and now I cannot recover. The first row appears to be binary, except for row H, with a 3 printed. The paper I've stashed away is a print of spreadsheet like table, columns A-H, and the paper is labeled "XUMM.app. Support: support.xumm.app".

I certainly would not have added that line and nor would I have made my own spreadsheet and doctored my seed. I'm concerned perhaps I've been hacked, or compromised. However, I know the address of my Xumm wallet, and XRP explorer shows all XRP in tact, and untouched. I know that this is a dev page, but support will not put me through without an active XUMM wallet, and I cannot restore my seed. PLEASE HELP!!!
