Fetch the KYC status for a XUMM user (based on an issued user_token)

The user_token can be obtained from a signed payload offered to the same end user (the user_token is user, device & XUMM app specific). See: payload
Any valid user_token will work, even if the KYC session was initiated by another (x)App.
